The Amazing Power of Human Consciousness: Water Molecule Experiments Reveal the Profound Impact of Thought on Health

Masaru Emoto is a Japanese scholar who has spent many years researching the information conveyed by tap water and what this information attempts to communicate to humanity. His research includes the influence of human thought on the structure of liquid crystals. He discovered that human vibrational energy, thoughts, words, ideas, and music all affect the molecular structure of water. (Our bodies are 70% water, and the percentage of water covering the Earth's surface is roughly the same.) Water is the source of all life on this planet. Energy or vibrations in the environment can alter the molecular form of water. Its physical appearance changes, and so does its molecular form. Mr. Emoto documented these molecular changes with photographs. First, he allowed water droplets to freeze, then observed them using a microscope equipped with photographic capabilities.

Mr. Emoto discovered many fascinating differences in the crystal structures of water from different sources and under different conditions on Earth. Water freshly drawn from mountain springs forms beautiful geometric patterns in its crystal structure. However, toxic water from industrial and polluted areas exhibits distorted and irregular crystal structures. Mr. Emoto studied the effects of different types of music on crystal structure. He then decided to investigate the influence of human thoughts and words on the crystal structure of untreated distilled water. He categorized the words he wanted to use on different pieces of paper and then played recordings of these words to bottles of distilled water throughout the night. The results showed that water molecules under negative words were disordered, suggesting that water can respond to thoughts and emotions.

The results are clear: water readily absorbs vibrations and energy from its environment. Therefore, given that most of the food we eat contains water (just like ourselves), we must consider the negative energy that is transferred to food, which in turn affects our bodies. Electric current and its effects on food: It is said that electric current can alter the energy of food. The strong vibrations of a microwave oven can also affect the integrity of food cells; therefore, when we eat these microwaved foods, we absorb this negative result. Medical research shows that microwaved food can severely affect blood and immune function. It can indirectly cause damage, degeneration, and decay of human cells. While electric cooking may not be as powerful as microwave cooking, the energy alterations caused by microwaves can lead to instability in the digestive, circulatory, and nervous systems. It can cause a general decline in bodily functions, including a loss of mental energy and concentration. Again, fast food may not be a good thing.

Natural and organic foods. Mother Nature infuses the food she nurtures with love and positive energy. Natural foods, especially organic foods, contain higher levels of vitamins and dietary fiber, which are healthier for our bodies. As Edgar Cayce said, "Eat foods with vitamins, not pills." The more food is processed, the less healthy it becomes, because it is taken further away from nature. The more times food is mashed, filtered, heated, and sweetened, the more likely it is to cause obesity. This is because natural vitamins and dietary fiber are lost, making it less beneficial to health. This is why natural foods are so important. If we can enjoy food naturally, we will receive the nutrients and loving components our bodies need. The amount of positive energy contained in food also depends on how it is prepared and cooked. Furthermore, eating according to energy flow is also a way for us to obtain energy. Therefore, we should prepare food with love.

When we wash food, we should cultivate positive energy by feeling caring love for what we are about to eat. This positive intention will then flow into the food we are about to consume. Don't be anxious or stressed; take a moment to breathe and enjoy the process of washing the food, and maintain a positive mood throughout. These emotions will be transferred to the delicious meals we prepare. After all, thoughts are part of us, and positive emotions help fill the void, prevent the accumulation of extra calories, and make us feel more fulfilled.
