In late 2004, a two-month-long, unexplained cold tormented me both physically and mentally. When I was forced to lie down every afternoon at 3 pm due to a headache, I was overwhelmed with emotion: "I'm only 32, yet my health is so bad I can't even handle a simple cold! How am I supposed to live like this?" I didn't want to live like this, so I started exercising, hoping to improve my immunity. Although even 15 minutes of cycling each day initially left me drenched in sweat, I persisted. Gradually, I noticed a significant improvement in my physical and mental state. I began to enjoy exercise and tried various activities. Then one day, I suddenly realized all my old clothes were too big, and I understood: "I've lost weight!" Over thirty years of conscious dieting had resulted in excess weight, while a month of unconscious exercise had started my weight loss journey. Although my clothes were smaller, my weight loss wasn't significant. I believe "knowledge is power." So I researched weight loss methods and consciously used this knowledge to guide my efforts. Soon, my weight dropped from 120 pounds to 94 pounds. I can't believe it's true-without spending a penny, just a small shift in mindset, a small improvement in knowledge, and a simple change in lifestyle, my weight has changed so much.

This was completely different from traditional weight loss methods I was familiar with. Throughout the process, I never gave up on delicious food, never subjected myself to hunger, and never pushed myself to exhaustion through exercise. Instead, I constantly encouraged myself. Not by starving myself, not by fighting against myself, but when I felt the urge to fill the void, fear, frustration, or anger with food, I kept telling myself, "What do you want? What should you do? Face it bravely! Fight for it!" I constantly reminded myself, "Why are you alive? Isn't it to make yourself happy and to make your loved ones happy?" I not only gained weight loss and a change in body shape, but also a healthier body, more energy, a happier mood, a deeper understanding of myself, and a more positive and peaceful mindset. The weight loss process wasn't painful at all; on the contrary, it unexpectedly brought such a significant mental transformation. What could be more exciting and joyful than that? When I shared my weight loss journey and my then-naive views online, I immediately gained a lot of attention. People consulted me about various issues related to diet, nutrition, exercise, and psychology. Since July 2005, I have answered questions from thousands of people, changing many people's views on weight loss. The more friends I see who feel lost, helpless, and without direction in their weight loss journey, the more I feel the need to help them. Inspired by the long-term care, support, encouragement, and trust of my weight loss friends, I, a housewife, obtained my American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) fitness instructor certification-the most prestigious "gold medal" certificate in the fitness industry. In early 2006, I established my own website and launched the "10-Week Transformation Weight Loss Plan." This plan has been developing for over a year, with more and more people using it, seeing increasingly better weight loss results, and gaining wider recognition.
